| Swissie Puppies |
Swissies colors are tri-colored; primarily black coat with white and black symmetrical markings with a rust color over each eye, cheek and either side of the chest. They have excellent temperaments - Loyal & Protective without being aggressive. They make wonderful additions to a family. They are loving, eager to please and are excellent around children. Normally Swissies are not dog aggressive but socialization at a young age is very important. Very playful as puppies, they are energetic and rambunctious!! They can get easily bored if by themselves so the key is to keep them busy!! They reach maturity levels late (2-3 years old)... so owners be prepared for "puppy" characteristics for a while!! Swissie dogs are prone to Elbow and Hip Displasia - there are things you can do as an owner to reduce the chances of Displasia - do not overfeed or over-exercise are just two things you can do. Swissies do NOT do well in Hot, Humid weather. Exercise outside in the summer should be limited. If you are interested in one of our puppies, please email us at info@sithappensinc.com. Our puppies do not go with just anyone - they are our babies and we are very selective in who we allow adopt. A puppy application will need to be completed and we go from there. All of our puppies are sold on the basis they will be neutered/ spayed. |

| From the very first time I called Sit Happens to inquire about a Swissie puppy, my dealings with them have been wonderful. Everyone has been so helpful, especially answering all my questions. When we received "CASH" he was everything we were told that he would be, beautiful, friendly, bright eyed and healthy. I certainly would recommend anyone looking for a Swissie pup, to contact Sit Happens. Also, the dedication of all at Sit Happens showed how much they care about their dogs. | My husband and I decided we wanted a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog in our lives, we easily located and contacted Sit Happens via internet. Denise and Renee were absolutely great to work with and helped us out tremendously. We were able to meet the females of the litter when they were 9 weeks old along with their beautiful mother and handsome father. A few weeks later Renee met with us half way and we were able to pick up the new addition to our family, Abby. Abby is a blue GSMD, she is full of life and love. We are very grateful for Sit Happens!
